  • Most of the areas that we will be visiting is mountainous or small villages. As we'll be enjoying much of the well-protected nature we should prepare for the accommodation to be very basic.
  • While our leaders will have walkie-talkies with them throughout the trip it is important to keep in mind that there will be limited coverage in the area. Some parts of our trip are quite remote making it important to behave as a team and help each other in anyway. This is a leisure trip for exploring, learning, and having fun with friends. It is not a competition.
  • If the itinerary include camping, participants will cook their own meal and build their camp. All camping equipment will be carried to the camping sites by the students using professional backpacks. Please pack the necessary only (we will offer you a "What to bring list" before departure). Do not over-pack. Participants should also take the garbage down the mountain to trashcans.
  • In case of unforeseen government prohibition of camping and campfire, we may not be allowed to cook outdoors. In that case, we reserve the right to alternate the itinerary with the agreement of the participants. The participants are expected to take the extra payment if there is any.
  • Some outdoor activities like rafting and rock climbing can be influenced by bad weather.
  • VERY IMPORTANT: When you are planning to do rock climbing and abseiling you acknowledge that there are risks involved in this sport and confirm that you are fully aware of and accept these risks. You may or may not be required to sign a separate acknowledgement and acceptance of personal liability by the local supplier before being allowed to participate in certain activities. If you are not allowed to rock climb or abseil because you refuse to sign, you will have no claim against CYTS or the supplier and will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
  • What to Wear: The weather in October is always warm at noon, cold at night and still windy in the mountain area. Wear long sleeve T-Shirts and pants that are easy to dry and are suitable for daytime trekking. Bring pants, a thick sweater, and a jacket for the cold night and early morning.
  • This is a long trip. It is possible that delays can occur due to traffic or something unforeseen during the trip.
  • The tour leader reserves the right to alternate the visiting order according to the weather and the fitness of the students.
  • All participates will learn to take care of themselves and help each other in the outdoors. This trip requires teamwork and the ability to follow the instruction of the leader.
  • Leave nothing except your footprint, take nothing except photographs. Leave no garbage. Littering is strongly prohibited.
